I doubt its hardware related since each blade is pretty beefy and boxes on the same blades are seeing no issues. User load on the citrix boxes are only users at any given time Any additional insight would be appreciated.

C-class blades? I have 4. Not sure why you are experiencing the issues. I might suggest looking at the VM infrastructure.

That is a big change. Make sure the virtual servers have sufficient resources, maybe have your network guys look at how the SAN switches are setup to verify traffic is flowing properly between chassis. Have you done any load monitoring or performance monitoring to see what these servers are doing when they crash? All the published apps the same as from your old servers. The virtual servers have ample resources and the citrix boxes are running on the enclosed hard drives in the blades, other servers are on the SAN but not the citrix boxes.
